Packard Creek Campground is situated on a large flat beside Hills Creek Reservoir. This campground is extremely popular with families and it can be very difficult to find a site if you arrive late on a Friday night. The campground offers a variety of activities and much of the campground is handicap accessible. There is handicap parking at the boat ramp/swimming areas. The swimming area has a log-boom around it and has buoys set around it reminding boaters to slow down.

There is a mix of vegetation in the campground which includes an abundant supply of Poison Oak.

Directions: 9 miles southeast of Oakridge on Hills Creek Reservoir. From Oakridge, follow Hwy 58 east for 2 miles to Kitson Springs Road. Proceed on Kitson Springs Road for 0.5 miles to FS Road 21. Follow FS Road 21 for 6 miles to Packard Creek Campground.
