Third Street becomes U.S. Highway 61, leading you into Tunica, MS. Turn right at Casino Strip Resorts Boulevard (off U.S. Highway 61) then follow the road to the casino.
FROM MISSOURI, ARKANSAS & THE WEST:
Follow I-55 across the Mississippi River, then in Memphis, exit from I-55 South to U.S. Highway 61 South (exit 7, Third Street/Vicksburg), which leads you into Tunica, MS. Turn right at Casino Strip Resorts Boulevard (off U.S. Highway 61) and follow the road down to the casino.
FROM TENNESSEE & THE EAST:
Take I-40 to Memphis, where youll take the 240 South loop and proceed west to I-55 North. Exit I-55 to U.S. Highway 61 South (exit 7, Third Street/Vicksburg), which leads you into Tunica, MS. Turn right at Casino Strip Resorts Boulevard (off U.S. Highway 61) and follow the road down to the casino.
