About: Located on the Bighorn Scenic Byway (US Hwy. 14) near the Burgess Overlook and Woodrock areas.

Historic flumes with splash dam nearby. ATV trails, scenic jeep roads, hiking, fishing, and canoeing are available. Diverse hikes vary from loop trails to treks along creeks and over mountain peaks. Nearby Sibley Lake is open to non-motorized craft and has a fishing dock. Burgess Interpretive Center offers interpretation of natural features, flora and fauna and gives a history of the area. Local lodges provide dining, horse trips, showers, fishing tags, and convenience items.

Directions: travel west from Dayton. WY, on US Hwy. 14; go about 26.5 miles to Burgess Junction. Continue on US Hwy.14; turning south, go about 5 miles. Turn east on FDR #26 and go about 5 miles to the campground.
