About: Narrows Campground is located near the shores of New Fork Lake at the edge of the Wind River Range and the Bridger Wilderness in northwestern Wyoming, elevation 7,800 feet. A thick grove of aspens shelters the campground, providing plentiful shade in most sites. Beautiful summer wildflowers carpet the campground. Most sites provide nice lake views. The lake offers great boating, canoeing, swimming, and fishing for Kokanee salmon, brook, lake, and rainbow trout. New Fork Trail, for hiking and horseback riding, begins at the campground entrance, providing backcountry access through New Fork Canyon into the Bridger Wilderness, and connects with several other trails.

This campground contains 19 single-family sites, four of which are reservable, all with picnic tables, fire rings and grills. Vault toilets, potable water, and garbage service are provided. A campground host is located on-site. Roads and parking spurs are dirt. Horse corrals are located just outside the campground entrance at the New Fork Trailhead.
