About: Cottonwood Campground is open all year on a first-come, first-serve basis with no fee required. Restroom facilities include sinks and flushable toilets, but no showers. Each site includes parking space, picnic table and grill. No ground fires or wood collecting is permitted.

GROUP SITES: Reservations for tent campers of 15-75 people at the group sites can be made by calling the park. Sites for tent camping only. No reservations are accepted for RVs.

SUMMER: From April through October, 96 sites with 3 restroom facilities, water spigots, and a dumpstation are available.

WINTER: From November through March, about 25 sites and one restroom facility are open. Water spigots and dumpstation are closed.

RVs: Sites cannot accommodate vehicles more than 40 feet, including vehicles-in-tow. Full hookups are available in the surrounding areas of Gallup, NM; Monument Valley, UT; and Holbrook, AZ.

NO AT LARGE CAMPING IS PERMITTED ALONG ROADS, AT OVERLOOKS OR IN THE BACKCOUNTRY.
