About: We are a 55+ adult community located in Bonita Springs, just 6 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. We offer a relaxing atmosphere for our seasonal guests with a variety of both in-park and out-of-park activities. Directions:
From the North: Take I-75 Exit 123, go west on Corkscrew Road to US 41 (Tamiami Trail), go south on US 41, 3 miles. Then, second left turn after landmark “Ship” building onto Production Circle.
From the South: Take I-75 Exit 116, go west on Bonita Beach Road to US 41, go north on US 41 3 miles. We are located on the right hand side just 2 blocks north of the Old 41/ New US 41 Intersection. Make right turn on Production Circle.
