About: Waters Edge Cooperative Inc., is a resident owned RV community for persons aged 55 and over. We have sites for sale and for rent. We are located on the Gulf Coast of southwest Florida. Waters Edge is in a convenient location with easy access to two of Interstate 75s exits (#161 and #164). We are close to shopping, restaurants and leisure activities, as well as the world famous Ft. Myers Beach and Boca Grande island areas. Punta Gorda and the Charlotte Harbor area are considered by many to be one of the top retirement areas in the country.

You can enjoy country living at its best in our RV resort. Located on the resort is a log cabin style main building with bathrooms, showers and laundry room as well as two satellite bathroom/laundry room buildings. Our rec hall, pavilion, pool, spa, fishing lake and fishing dock are centrally located. Most of our sites will accommodate RVs up to 42 in length and are approximately 45 wide. All of our full service sites have city water, city sewer, and 50 / 30 AMP electric service.
If you are an Rver who likes to spend an extended time either as a full-timer or a winter vacationer, there are several reasons why it makes sense to purchase a site rather than renting.
