About: Watsadler Campground is located adjacent to the Hartwell Dam with a wide view overlooking Hartwell Lake in Georgia. Spanning parts of South Carolina and Georgia, the lake is one of the largest and most visited public lakes in the Southeast. It comprises nearly 56,000 acres of water and has a shoreline of 962 miles. The lake and surrounding land are popular for camping, fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, picnicking and more.

Directions:
From Interstate 85: Take exit 177 onto U.S. Highway 77 towards Hartwell, Georgia. In Hartwell, take State Highway 29 north towards Anderson, South Carolina. Proceed four miles to the campground. Entrance is on the left side of the road.
From Anderson, SC: Take U.S. Highway 29 south towards Hartwell, Georgia. One mile after crossing the South Carolina-Georgia state line, look for the campground entrance on the right side of the road.
