The park was built and opened in 1987 with 50 sites, and then built on with 40 more sites completing the project in 2002. Each site has full hook-up along with wireless Internet. We are especially proud of the large site that accommodate 40-45 foot RVs that have a cement patio.
Each year two Workamper Host Couples help you check in and escort you to your site. These friendly faces are the extra hands during busy days here within the park. The camp host will help with your questions, to help make your stay one you will really enjoy. We hope you feel this is one of the best campgrounds you have ever stayed at and we want you to come back often.
Clear Lake is a unique resort area with much to see and do. The Clear Lake Chamber plans many events through out the summer that keeps bringing people back. Such events as the Clear Lake Walleye Classic, Take Me Back Festival our great Fourth of July Celebration, Bicycle, Blues &BBQ Festival the Antique/Class Wooden Boat Show, the Lake DixieFest and the C.L.A.S.S Car Show to name just a few.
Of course, Clear Lake is known for the Historical Surf Ballroom and the great variety of entertainment brought in, you will find many entertainers you cant wait to hear and see.

From jct I-35 (exit 193) and 4th Ave: Go 1 mi W on 4th Ave, then 1 1/2 mi S on Hwy 107 (8th St), then 1/2 mi W on 27th Ave, then 1 1/4 mi S on South Shore Dr, then left on 240th. Entrance on left.
