The pond is surrounded by 9.5 miles of foot trails along which visitors may observe a variety of wildlife, and perhaps a moose. The 3 mile Pond Loop Trail is popular with birdwatchers, and the very easy Shoreline Trail has beautiful water views. 45 well-spaced and wooded campsites are located near the lake, featuring a modern comfort station with showers. NOTE: Customers looking to boat or swim in Mauserts Pond should be aware the surface of the pond does show evidence of weeds.
