5750 NE Stephens, Winchester OR 97495 located on the North Umpqua River 5 miles north of Roseburg, offers beautiful surroundings for the picnicker or traveler. There is a boat ramp, wheel chair accessible restrooms with showers, a picnic area, a reservable gazebo and one of the few Myrtlewood groves in the country. All campsites are first come first served. There are 20 full hook-ups at $23 per night during peak-season and $20 per night during off season, and 10 non hook-up sites at $15 per night.
