Many of our sites are pull-through spaces, and we can accommodate the largest vehicles. Each space has complete hookups which include: Electric, Water, Sewer & Cable TV. And yes, septic tank disposal and propane refilling is available. The Blue Ox has three spotless shower facilities and two laundry facilities. We also have a large recreation building with a full kitchen, seating for 60, an exercise room, pool table, ping-pong table, and video game machines. Our office is open seven days a week and has a modem-friendly area, a small store for snacks, soft drinks, and small personal items. The store also features handmade crafts that our talented residents have on display. The park expanded in 1999 to include 50 amp spaces, an indoor pool and spa.
We’re just on the edge of the town of Albany, where you’ll find restaurants, shopping, movies and services.
The Blue Ox is located in view of the Timber Linn Park & County Expo. A wonderful combination of a park like setting with an amphitheater for concerts, which is also the setting for the Art & Air Balloon Festival in mid-August.

I-5 take exit 233, go east on Hwy 20, turn left on Price Road (Lassen Chevrolet is on the corner), north one block, turn right at our sign, and follow Blue Ox Drive into the RV Park.
