Located at Crane Prairie Reservoir, this campground offers excellent fishing and bird watching opportunities. Almost all the sites are large and isolated from the other sites. There is a boat launch area within this campground.
This campground is spread out along the shore of Crane Prairie Reservoir on the west side of the lake just off the Cascade Lakes Highway. Almost all the sites are large and isolated from the other sites. Groups of campers might want to check the map in order to camp in a whole cul-de-sac of sites. Many of the sites are located on the shore of the lake. There is a fish cleaning station at the boat ramp. A NW Forest Pass is needed to use the boat ramp and/or day use area. Drinking water is available from a couple of hand pumps.
Fees: Per night, per site fee: $14/first vehicle; $7/each additional vehicle. Multi-site: $26. Boat launch and picnic area within campground: $5 Day Pass or $30 Annual Pass or other valid Recreation Passes. (2011)
