Set in the rugged mountains of Southern West Virginia, Twin Falls Resort State Park is the ideal site for nature seekers. Visitors here enjoy overnight accommodations ranging from a 20-room lodge located on the mountain top to secluded cottages and deluxe and standard campsites.
Twin Falls’ campground includes 50 campsites, 25 with electrical hookups. Twenty five of the campsites are available for advanced reservations.
The seasonal Contact Center houses a Laundromat, small store with convenience items and camper registration area. There are two bathhouses, one heated for winter use, and a dump station. All campsites are paved, with grills and picnic tables.
Twelve hiking trails vary from remote wooded paths to scenic walks to the two falls for which the park is named.
A year-round nature and outdoor recreation program is offered at Twin Falls. During the summer, nature and recreational activities ranging from campfires with stories and songs to night hikes is scheduled.
