About: 0n northern New Mexico, Abiquiu Lake’s Riana Campground offers a panoramic view of the Cerro Pedernal (Flint Mountain). Abiquiu Lake is located on the Rio Chama, a tributary of the legendary Rio Grande. Riana Campground is 6,400 feet above sea level. The scenery of the area includes Pinion (Pine), Juniper and Sage among colorful rock formations. Surrounding attractions include: Ghost Ranch, Georgia O’Keefe Museum, San Pedro Wilderness, Cumbres Toltec Railroad, Chaco Canyon, Bandelier Nat’l Mon., Taos and Santa Fe, NM. The Riana Campground hosts 54 campsites. A number of sites include electric hookups and water hookup, shelters, grills, lantern holders and tent pads. Other facilities include a play structure, showers, pay phones, dump station, picnic and fishing areas.
