About: Buffalo Campground offers that special blend of being far enough from town that there is no corner store while being close enough that the drive to and from home is a part of the total pleasant getaway. Located about an hour’s drive southwest of Denver, CO at an elevation of 7,400 feet, Buffalo Campground offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals or families to enjoy the great outdoors. Nearby is Buffalo Creek and the Colorado Trail, which provides ample hiking and biking opportunities, is only 1/4 mile away.
