This campground is located on Odell Lake, and offers great sailing, windsurfing, and fishing opportunities. It is rarely crowded even with it’s nice location on the lake and very easy access from Hwy 58. The campground opens early to accommodate the fishing season when the weather permits. There is a boat launch area within this campground.
This campground has an excellent boat ramp facility that provides access to your favorite fishing hole. A positive side of the campground is that it is an excellent one for tenters. In most sites you will not have to worry about being next to an RV with a generator. The campground opens early to accommodate the fishing season when weather permits. Vegetation at Odell Lake is dominated by large Douglas fir, white fir, spruce, and hemlock. This type of vegetation is typical on the west side of the Cascades and is present because the climate. Due to its orientation and location adjacent to Willamette Pass, winds can be quite brisk on Odell Lake and whitecaps occasionally form.

RV Camping: Princess Creek is an old style campground with narrow roads and small sites making it a less desirable campground for those with RVs over 30 feet.
Directions: From Crescent, travel 12.2 miles west on County Road 61, then 9.1 miles northwest on Hwy 58.
