This campground is located next to Odell Lake. The huckleberry bushes, heavily forested character, and great fishing, make this the most popular campground on the Crescent Ranger District. There is a boat launch area within this campground.
Trapper Creek is possibly the most popular campground in the Odell and Crescent Lake area. It is located on a small stream that feeds into Odell Lake. A bridge over the stream gives you a good view of fish swimming up the stream to spawn.
It is located on the west side of the lake next to one of the nicest resorts in the area, Shelter Cove. The sites are secluded with many sites large enough for the largest RVs. During the summer nearby Willamette Pass has its lift open to take you up to the summit to view the surrounding area. It is worth the trip.
