Directions:
From the West: Drive up I-35 E to Gainesville, Texas. Exit at Highway 82 E at Gainesville travel east to Whitesboro, Texas. Take exit 624 at Whitesboro (Highway 377). Turn north (left) and continue on Highway 377 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the large billboard for Cedar Mills Marina & Resort and Pelican’s Landing Waterfront Restaurant (on the right side of the road). Turn east (right) on Cedar Mills Road, stay to the left and follow road for three miles. It will take you directly to our resort.
From the East: Drive up US 75 to Sherman, Texas. Exit on Highway 82 and turn west (left) on Highway 82. Travel west to Whitesboro, Texas. Exit on Highway 377, go north (right) for approximately 12 miles, until you reach the large billboard for Cedar Mills Marina & Resort and Pelican’s Landing Waterfront Restaurant (on the right side of the road). Turn east (right) on Cedar Mills Road, stay to the left and follow road for three miles. It will take you directly to our resort.
