Directions:
From I-40: Take Exit 86. Go North on Hwy 226 to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Go North on the Blue Ridge Parkway approximately 6 miles until you see a gate that the Parkway closes during inclement weather. Turn right on Bear Den Mtn. Road follow it to Bear Den!
Going North: From junction Hwy 226 it is six miles to mile post 324.8 Bear Den Mtn. Road turn right to campground.
Going South: From junction Hwy 221 it is 5.3 miles to Bear Den Outlook (Milepost 323) travel another 1.8 miles to Bear Den Mtn. Road milepost 324.8.
