About: Oak Knoll Campground is located at New Hogan Lake on the Calaveras River in the Sierra Foot Hill Region of central California. Water skiers enjoy excellent skiing along the 50 miles of shoreline, and there is year-round fishing for stripers, bass, crapple, blue gill, and catfish. A golf course is 2 miles away from the Campground and a watchable wildlife site where bald eagles may be viewed is also in the vicinity.

Directions: From Stockton, CA: Go 30 miles east on HWY 26 and turn right on Hogan Dam Road 1/2 mile before reaching Valley Springs. Follow the road for 1 mile to New Hogan Lake and read the signs directing you to the campgrounds. From Lodi, CA, go 30 miles east on Hwy 12, turn right on Hwy 26 at Valley Springs. Go 1 mile, turn right on Hogan Dam Rd. Follow signs to campground.
