We are a new Retro Campground and RV park, with RV & tent sites, cabins & Professionally Restored Vintage Trailers from the 1940’s – 1970’s available for rent. 21 total RV sites. Our sites are nice and wide to accommodate your slide outs, and we do have million dollar views! 30/50 Amp.

Calling all pets owners!! We are very pet friendly with one (soon to be 2) dog park where “Fido” can get off leash and run! There is agility equipment, seats for humans, pickup bags and even a wading pool for your pal to drink and/or play! We even have kennels available for those guests going rafting, train riding or anything else where your pet is not accommodated. The area is filled with exciting and relaxing activities; white water rafting, excellent fly fishing, zip line tours, Ghost Walk, Rock Collecting, Hot Springs, antiquing, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Train Tours, Bishop’s Castle, the US Air Force Academy, horseback rides, heli-tours, jeep trips, and the Royal Gorge Park & Bridge!
