About: This campground is equipped with tent/trailer sites, interpretive trails, boat launch, and a nice fishing dock. Some campsites are private and some with a lake view. Bathroom facilities are available but garbage and water are not. This campground is good for wildlife viewing especially around the lake. Nearby is the Hess homestead cabin which is open to anyone to use, first come first serve. Day use is a wildlife viewing area and trail parking, no fee.
