About: Lake Canyon Recreation Area is located along Utah’s scenic Energy Loop on top of the Wasatch Plateau off Hwy 31 approximately 18 miles east of Fairview, Utah. Situated between Huntington and Cleveland Reservoirs at an approximate elevation of 9,000 feet, this area is a fishing and ATV paradise.
Vault toilets are provided, but there is no water, electricity, sewer hookups, or garbage service. This is a “pack it in, pack it out” site, so all trash must be removed upon departure. This area has five reservable group sites, and four reservable double sites. If sites are not reserved, they are available on a first come, first served basis for $5.00 per vehicle. There are approximately 50 other dispersed sites in the area and are available on a first come, first served basis for $5.00 per vehicle.

Directions: Located just south of Utah Highway 31 on Miller Flat Road. The Miller Flat road connects HWY 31 with Joes Valley Reservoir 21 miles to the south. A campground host is available on site to provide campsite directions and information, or consult one of the campground kiosks.
