About: Devil’s Elbow Campground, located along the North Fork Coeur d’Alene River, is 68 miles from Coeur d’Alene. Devil’s Elbow Campground has 20 campsites including one host site and a group site. Campground roads are paved and campsite parking spurs are paved. The group site can be reserved through the National Recreation Reservation Service. It has a capacity of 50 people. Amenities include a well with a hand pump which provides potable water, vault toilets, a host site with a 500-gallon dump vault and a small storage shed. Minimum operating season is Memorial Day through Labor Day.
