About: This campground hosts 21 sites along the North Fork of the Shoshone River. It’s located between the Washakie and Absaroka Wilderness areas. A nearby point of interest is Pahaska Teepee and Buffalo Bill’s hunting lodge.
Notes: Camping is restricted to visitors with hard-sided campers only. No tents or pop-ups are allowed in these campgrounds due to grizzly bear activity. Be prepared to store food properly. Maximum spur 60 feet and three pull-through sites

Directions: Threemile campground is conveniently located 3 miles from the east entrance of Yellowstone National Park, and 48.6 miles away from the full service gateway community of Cody, Wyoming.
From the Cody, Wyoming Area: Follow Sheridan Ave. west through Cody until the road leaves town, and becomes the Buffalo Bill Cody Scenic Byway (U.S. HWY 14/16/20). Threemile campground is located 48.6 miles west of Cody, along the south side of U.S. HWY 14/16/20, next to the Shoshone River. This is a left turn if you are traveling west.
